Resumen:
Se hace una revisión histórica de los conceptos de conflicto, déficit y defecto dentro del marco del psicoanálisis. Se establece una delimitación y diferenciación entre estos conceptos. Se pone especial énfasis en las consideraciones que sobre el tratamiento tiene esta diferenciación. La importancia de las intervenciones de carácter afirmativo y en general la ampliación del tipo de intervenciones terapéuticas, mas allá de la clásica interpretación.

Abstract:
It is realized a historical review of the concepts of conflict, deficit and fault inside the frame of the psychoanalysis. A delimiting and differentiation is established between these concepts. It puts on special emphasis in the considerations that on the treatment this differentiation has. The importance of the interventions of affirmative character and in general the extension of the type of therapeutic interventions, further of the classic interpretation.
